Forest Walks
Betws-y-Coed is a wonderful, charming village that is often referred to as the gateway to Snowdonia. Here you will find quaint little shops, stunning buildings and a beautiful river flowing through the heart of the village.
There is plenty to explore here, with many hilly forest walks with stunning views of the mountains, waterfalls and the miners bridge has been replaced after it washed away during the 2020 Storm Ciara.
If the weather is bad in the mountains, it is always a pleasant place to explore with less exposure to the elements. Even better when the early morning light breaks through the trees.
