Red Screes
Red Screes is a Wainwright in the lake district with a height of 776 meters, and the walk from the Kristine Pass in is short but you are rewarded with amazing views.
On this morning I headed out for a sunrise, and this lucky wild camper had a great view. There is a tarn on the top, and makes for a wonderful wild camping spot.
Don’t be deceived by the light in this image- it was bitterly cold at the top. But the views made up for the cold feet.
